Doon Hempton School situated at Rajiv Juyal Marg Niranjanpur Dehradun was established in the Year 1999 by known educationist Dr . K. N. Bahuguna (Founder Maheshanand Inter College, M.B. Junior High School and many other such institutions) in and around Dehradun. The School is located 6km south of the district headquarter and close to Inter State Bus Terminus. The School was started to provide quality education for the students as there were no arrangements for the same in the nearby locality. The first Principal Mrs. M. Jain the School progressed from just 10 kids in the first session (with two teacher). Soon with a better response the school has 22 employees and around 280 students but running till class 8th presently.
